4. Post It Online Too: Every email should also live on your studio website or parent portal. That way, if someone deletes it (or swears they never got it), it’s still easy to find.

5. Respect Privacy: Never send a group email using the 'To' or 'Cc' field. Always use your studio management system or blind copy (Bcc). Exposing your clients’ contact info is not just unprofessional—it can break privacy laws.
